At VirtualVibe Support, we strive to provide the best virtual assistant services to our clients. We understand the importance of transparency and trust, and as such, we have outlined our policy on refunds and returns below:

No Refunds or Returns: Please note that VirtualVibe Support does not offer refunds or accept returns for any services rendered. Our services are based on specific client requirements and are tailored to their unique needs, making it impossible to provide refunds or accept returns.

Cancellation Policy: Clients have a window of 10 days from the date of contract agreement and authorization to cancel services without providing a reason for the cancellation. This cancellation window only applies if services have not yet commenced. Once services have begun, cancellation will not be possible.

Reimbursement Process: In rare cases where reimbursement is deemed necessary, it will be processed within 30 days from the date of the request. The reimbursement will be issued in the same manner in which it was received by VirtualVibe Support.

Please note that reimbursement will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will only be provided if it is determined that VirtualVibe Support is at fault or has not fulfilled its duties as outlined in the contract.

We highly recommend that clients thoroughly review and understand the terms and conditions of the contract before proceeding with our services.
